This Privacy Policy explains how RA Apps LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”) handles information in connection with the Streamflix Player mobile application (the “App”) and the website at streamflixplayer.raapps.site (the “Site”).

2. No Streamflix account on our servers

Streamflix Player is designed so that you can use core features — adding HTTP/HTTPS links, organizing a library, and playing media — without creating a Streamflix account on servers operated by RA Apps LTD. We do not require you to register with us to paste links and play video on your device.

3. Information processed in the App

3.1 Library and preferences (on-device)

When you use the App, you may store information such as video URLs you paste, folder names, titles or notes you add, playback preferences (for example default audio language, speed, or Picture-in-Picture settings), and similar configuration. This data is stored on your device as part of normal app operation.

3.2 Media content

Video and audio content is streamed from the URLs you provide. We do not host a general video catalogue for Streamflix Player. Playback may contact the servers that host those URLs; those third parties process requests under their own policies. You should only stream content you have the right to access.

3.3 Support communications

If you email support@raapps.site, we process the content of your message, your email address, and any technical details you include (device model, iOS version, app version, description of an issue). We use this information to respond to your request and improve support quality.

3.4 Purchases (if any)

If the App offers paid features or subscriptions, payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your full payment card details. Apple may provide us with limited purchase or subscription status information needed to unlock features.

3.5 Website

When you visit the Site, standard web server or hosting logs may include IP address, browser type, and pages requested, depending on the hosting provider. We use the Site to provide product information, support, and legal documents. Theme and language preferences may be stored in your browser (localStorage) on your device only.

4. How we use information

  • To provide and operate the App’s features on your device
  • To respond to support and privacy requests
  • To maintain the Site and improve product documentation
  • To comply with law and enforce our Terms of Use

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Tracking and App Tracking Transparency

Streamflix Player is not designed around cross-app advertising tracking. If a future version uses technologies that require App Tracking Transparency or similar disclosures, we will update this policy and the App Store privacy labels as required.

6. Sharing of information

We may share information only as needed:

  • Service providers — for example email or hosting providers that process data on our instructions
  • Apple — for App Store distribution, purchases, and platform services
  • Legal — if required by law, regulation, or valid legal process
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with appropriate protections

Third-party media servers you contact when streaming a URL are independent controllers of their own logs and responses.

7. Retention

On-device library data remains until you delete items or uninstall the App (subject to device backups you control). Support emails are retained as long as reasonably needed to handle the request and for legitimate business or legal records, then deleted or minimized.

8. Your choices — access, export, and deletion

  • Delete individual library items in the App
  • Uninstall the App to remove local app data from the device
  • Manage device backups and Apple ID data in system settings
  • Email support@raapps.site to request deletion of support correspondence we hold

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to our size and the nature of the product. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. Protect your device with a passcode and keep iOS updated.

10. Children

The App is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information via support email, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

11. International users

RA Apps LTD is based in the United Kingdom. If you use the App or Site from other countries, information may be processed in the UK, EEA, or other locations where our service providers operate, subject to applicable law.

12. Your rights (region-specific)

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal data, or to object to certain processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. UK users may contact the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). To exercise rights regarding data we hold (for example support emails), contact support@raapps.site.

13. App Store privacy information

Apple requires privacy nutrition labels and disclosures on the App Store product page. Those labels describe data types associated with the App as configured for distribution and may be updated when the App changes. This Policy and the App Store labels should be read together.

14. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App or Site after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy where permitted by law.
