These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Streamflix Player application (the “App”) and the website at streamflixplayer.raapps.site (the “Site”), published by RA Apps LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading, installing, or using the App or Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App or Site.

2. What Streamflix Player is

Streamflix Player is a media player that lets you stream video from HTTP or HTTPS links that you provide, organize those links in a library with folders, and use playback features such as multiple audio tracks, subtitles (when available), speed control, seeking, and Picture-in-Picture where supported by your device and iOS version.

The App is not a streaming subscription service and does not host or provide a general catalogue of movies or TV shows. It does not replace services such as Netflix, Disney+, or other content platforms.

3. License

Subject to these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms / App Store terms that apply to you, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the App Store Terms of Service.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer (except to the extent permitted by law), rent, or redistribute the App except as allowed by those rules.

4. Acceptable use and content responsibility

You agree that you will:

  • Only paste and stream URLs for content you have the legal right to access and play
  • Not use the App to infringe copyright, privacy, or other rights of any person
  • Not use the App to distribute malware, phishing links, or unlawful material
  • Not attempt to disrupt or abuse servers, networks, or the App
  • Comply with applicable laws in your country of residence and use

You are solely responsible for the URLs you enter and the content you play. RA Apps LTD does not monitor, endorse, or control third-party media servers or files.

5. No affiliation with third-party brands

Names of formats, codecs, platforms, or sample titles used in marketing materials are for illustration only. Streamflix Player is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Netflix, Apple (except as an independent App Store developer), or any other third-party brand solely by virtue of format support or example UI mockups.

6. Features and availability

Features described on the Site (including format and codec support, multi-audio, subtitles, speed control, frame-accurate seeking, and Picture-in-Picture) depend on the stream, device hardware, iOS version, system permissions, and app version. We do not guarantee that every link or every file will play on every device. UI mockups and sample library items on the Site are illustrative.

7. Purchases and subscriptions

If the App offers paid features or auto-renewable subscriptions, payment is charged to your Apple ID through the App Store. Pricing, free trials, and renewal terms are shown in the App Store and in the purchase flow at the time of purchase. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings. Refunds are handled under Apple’s policies.

8. Privacy

Our collection and use of information is described in the Privacy Policy. By using the App or Site, you acknowledge that policy.

9. Intellectual property

The App, Site, branding, and related materials are owned by RA Apps LTD or its licensors. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE APP AND SITE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that any particular stream will play successfully.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RA APPS LTD AND ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, AND EMPLOYEES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP OR SITE OR FROM CONTENT YOU CHOOSE TO STREAM. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR FIFTY POUNDS STERLING IF YOU PAID NOTHING). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RA Apps LTD from claims arising out of your misuse of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your streaming of content without proper rights.

13. Apple as third-party beneficiary

You acknowledge that Apple, and Apple’s subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms as they relate to your license of the App, and that upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content, for maintenance or support, or for addressing claims relating to the App (including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, and consumer protection claims), except as required by applicable law or Apple’s agreements with you.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App or Site if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. Sections that by their nature should survive (including license restrictions, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive termination.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except that mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence may also apply. Courts of England and Wales shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you have to bring claims in your local courts.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Material changes may be communicated via the Site or App where practical. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
